Вот эта номинация порадует Руслана
только Богосяна ещё нехватает

Norris Trophy (Top defenseman)

The San Jose Sharks have been among the NHL's elite this season and the play of Dan Boyle has been a big reason why. He is averaging more than 26 minutes per game, is a skilled puck-moving defenseman, a calming, experienced hand on the backline and one of the leading scorers among defensemen with 4 goals and 14 assists in his first 20 games. You have to figure Boyle's strong play also will result in a berth with Team Canada for the 2010 Olympics.

Runners-up

Chris Pronger, Philadelphia Flyers
The big fella has been everything advertised for the Flyers. He's averaging 27 minutes per game and is a plus-13 in 17 games and is third on the team in scoring with 4 goals and 13 assists in 17 games. Plus, he is an intimidating presence in the defensive zone, but also has kept his penalty minutes in check (26 minutes).

Drew Doughty, Los Angeles Kings
The Kings have been one of the season's success stories -- 11-7-2 in 20 games -- and the play of Doughty has been one of the most important chapters in that story. Keep in mind that Doughty is a 2008 first-round pick who already is excelling as a sophomore. He is averaging nearly 24 minutes per game and is proving to be a very capable player -- wise beyond his tender years.

Calder Trophy (Top rookie)

John Tavares not only had to battle the usual butterflies and nervousness of a rookie, but also came to the NHL saddled with the expectation as the player who will lead the Islanders back to prominence. So far, so good. Tavares has not looked out of place and scored 18 points in his first 20 games to lead the team in scoring. He has averaged more 18 minutes per game and scored four of his goals on the power play. There hasn't been much not to like about the top pick in the 2009 Entry Draft.

Runners-up

Tyler Myers, Buffalo Sabres
Making it as a defenseman is one tough task, but Myers, the No. 12 selection of the '08 Entry Draft is making it look easy. Of course, being blessed with the size of Zdeno Chara and Chris Pronger doesn't hurt. Myers stands 6-foot-8 and 222 pounds. In 17 games, Myers has chipped in offensively with 3 goals and 6 assists, is a plus-5 and averages 21:18 minutes per game.

Ryan O'Reilly, Colorado Avalanche
Much attention was paid to the No. 33 pick of the '09 Entry Draft when he made the Avalanche out of training camp. And the attention has proven to be justified as O'Reilly is among the rookie scoring leaders with 4 goals and 11 assists, is a plus-12, averaging 16:42 per game.

Adams Trophy (Top coach)

If anyone predicted the Colorado Avalanche would be among the NHL's Top 10 teams during the first 20 games of the season, you would have been declared a member of the organization or certifiable. But here are the Avs, minus the retired Joe Sakic and the traded Ryan Smyth, excelling with a young team under Joe Sacco, a first-time NHL coach. Sacco was familiar with many of Colorado's young players, having coached the Avs' AHL affiliate, but no one could have expected him to get the team off to such a terrific start.

Runners-up

Terry Murray, Los Angeles Kings
Armed with an interesting blend of kids and veterans, Murray has done an excellent job of getting everyone on the same page and creating a buzz for the Kings thus season. He has shown patience when needed and has been unafraid to kick some tail, as well.

Dan Bylsma, Pittsburgh Penguins
With the Penguins among the top teams in the Eastern Conference so far, despite more than a few injuries, Bylsma has proven to be more than a one-year wonder or short-term solution. The Pens continue to play smart, excel and win under Bylsma in his first full season, just as they did when he took over last season.

Hart Trophy (Most valuable player)

Alex Ovechkin is more than just this whirling dervish on the ice that we all have come to love watching. He sets the tone and the swagger for the Washington Capitals, who sit in first place in the Southeast Division and the Eastern Conference a quarter of the way in. It's a testament to the Capitals that they were able to go 4-2 while Ovi sat out with an upper-body strain, but a lot of that confidence was built by his teammates taking on the persona of their top player.

Anze Kopitar, Los Angeles Kings
Talk about a tough decision in not giving Kopitar the nod for Hart honors for the first quarter. He has been a dynamic, powerful presence for the rejuvenated Kings, a consistent scoring threat and playmaker. Kopitar is a player to keep a close watch on the rest of the way.

Marian Gaborik, New York Rangers
Scoring has been a problem for the Rangers this season, so the contributions of Gaborik -- 15 goals and 12 assists in 19 games -- have been huge, to say the least. Injuries conspired to make Gaborik something of an afterthought in recent seasons, but a run of good health has seen Gaborik soar back into prominence.

Vezina Trophy (Top goalie)
Ryan Miller has been "the man" for the Buffalo Sabres this season and is tied for the lead in wins (12), is tops goals-against average (1.77) and tied for the lead in save percentage (.939) at the quarter mark. One more shutout and he would be tied for the top of that category, too. Miller's great first quarter also will make him hard to resist at the top goalie for the United States at the 2010 Winter Olympics.

Runners-up

Craig Anderson, Colorado Avalanche
The NHL's Player of the Month for October is a huge reason why the Avalanche, acknowledged to be in rebuilding mode, have looked more like they are reloading. Anderson's dozen wins tied him with the likes of Miller, San Jose's Evgeni Nabokov, New Jersey's Martin Brodeur and Los Angeles' Jonathan Quick.

Evgeni Nabokov, San Jose Sharks
The Sharks are among the NHL's elite for a lot of reasons, not the least of which has been Nabokov's strong play. In 20 games, Nabokov is 12-3-4 with a .927 save percentage and a 2.16 GAA.

Hockey's Future Calder Poll, November 2009
Written by: HF Staff on 11/08/2009

There are once again a number of first-year players contributing regularly to their NHL squads. Some of the league's top rookies, both high profile and those less heralded, are off to hot starts in the first month of the season. But early results don't necessarily signal a long-term payoff and it remains to be seen which freshmen players can keep up the pace and who will fall behind in the quest for the Calder Trophy.

Here are the results of the Hockey's Future Staff Calder poll. As the season continues, Hockey's Future will poll its staff once a month to track the top rookies in the NHL.

1. Michael Del Zotto, D - New York Rangers
6'1, 195 lbs. DOB: June 24, 1990
Drafted 20th overall (1st Round) in 2008

The Rangers started the 2009-10 season with a bang. After dropping their first match of the year, their October featured a seven-game win streak that catapulted them to the top of the league standings in the early going. This dominance was motivated in part by a white-hot power play, which was quarterbacked by rookie Del Zotto. A 19-year-old, Del Zotto continues to be among the top power-play minute crunchers both with the Rangers and rookies around the league. Although the Rangers have cooled off from their hot start, his four goals and 13 points in 18 games is tied for second in rookie scoring and fourth among all NHL defensemen.

2. John Tavares, C - New York Islanders
6'0, 195 lbs. DOB: September 20, 1990
Drafted 1st overall (1st round) in 2009

Perhaps the most spotlighted prospect entering the game since Sidney Crosby, Tavares has not disappointed in his inaugural year with the New York Islanders. Although the Isles continue to rebuild, Tavares has been a breath of fresh air, finding chemistry with fellow former first round pick Kyle Okposo and potting five goals and 13 points in 17 games. Never afraid to let the puck fly, Tavares' 51 shots lead all rookies. He is also being given every opportunity to succeed, leading all rookie forwards in ice time.

3. James vanRiemsdyk, LW - Philadelphia Flyers

6'3, 200 lbs. DOB: May 4, 1989
Drafted 2nd overall (1st round) in 2007

As is often the case, when a team suffers a long-term injury to one of their key players, they first look inside their organization for someone to step into the role and pick up the slack. Such was the situation in Philadelphia, where an early season injury has left star sniper Simon Gagne out of action for an extended period of time. This was just the opportunity that vanRiemsdyk needed. Shaking off an early season injury of his own (missed two games with a head injury), vanRiemsdyk has benefited from the increased ice time, to catapult to the top of the rookie scoring race. In just 12 games, vanRiemsdyk has scored three times and has a total of 14 points.

4. Ryan O'Reilly, C - Colorado Avalanche
6'0, 200 lbs. DOB: February 7, 1991
Drafted 33rd overall (2nd round) in 2009

When the Colorado Avalanche selected Ryan O'Reilly from the Erie Otters with their second pick at the 2009 NHL Entry Draft, it was expected that, some day, he would be able to provide a strong two-way presence down the middle for the club. Little did anyone think that "some day" would be just months away as O'Reilly cracked the club's roster and stuck. Currently tied for the rookie scoring lead with four goals and 14 points in 17 games, O'Reilly also contributes in other aspects of the game. He's averaging just under three minutes a game in shorthanded situations and is a huge reason why Colorado finds themselves among the NHL leaders at this point in the season.

5. Victor Hedman, D - Tampa Bay Lightning

6'6, 230 lbs. DOB: December 18, 1990
Drafted 2nd overall (1st round) in 2009

Like fellow 2009 draft pick Tavares, Hedman was expected to step directly into the lineup for his NHL squad, but most are surprised at how seamlessly the big Swede has adapted to the league. Although his offensive impact may not be as prolific as some of the other members of this list, with four assists in 14 games for the Lightning, Hedman has been a horse on the Tampa Bay blue line. He's averaging 24 minutes a game, which is three minutes more than any other rookie in the league and he's also seeing time both on the powerplay and the penalty kill. Although he's currently sidelined with injury, much is expected from this steady defenseman.

6. Jamie Benn, LW - Dallas Stars
6'2, 207 lbs. DOB: July 18, 1989
Drafted 129th overall (5th round) in 2007

After dominating the WHL for the past two seasons, Benn stepped directly into the lineup for the Dallas Stars and has been a solid top six winger for the squad all season long. With a reputation of a sniper, Benn has potted three goals and added eight assists for 11 points in 17 games. At every level he has played at, Benn has proven that he has the ability to score and so far, he's showing he can do it with the NHL as well. He's also contributed in other facets, with his 33 hits placing him second among all rookies.

7. Tyler Myers, D - Buffalo Sabres
6'8, 222 lbs. DOB: February 1, 1990
Drafted 12th overall (1st round) in 2008

Myers' impact with the Buffalo Sabres has been as big as his frame. Averaging just under 21 minutes of ice time a game, good enough for second among all rookies, Myers has seen equal opportunity in all situations. Potting three goals and totaling eight points in 14 games, Myers is a good reason why the Sabres are currently leading their division. Well on his way to being a complete player on the back line, his 16 blocked shots are tied for sixth among rookies.

8. Jason Demers, D - San Jose Sharks
6'1, 185 lbs. DOB: June 9, 1988
Drafted 186th overall (7th round) in 2008

On a list populated with plenty of first round talent, Jason Demers may be the most unexpected surprise so far this season. After being passed over twice in the draft, Demers was drafted as a 20-year-old and immediately signed to an entry-level contract in 2008. A year later, the puck moving blue liner is skating a regular shift with the San Jose Sharks. Averaging just over 12 minutes of even strength ice time, Demers sees just over three minutes per game with the man advantage and has tallied four of his 10 points (all assists) on the power play.

9. Matt Duchene, C - Colorado Avalanche

5'11, 200 lbs. DOB: January 16, 1991
Drafted 3rd overall (1st round) in 2009

The future is now for the Colorado Avalanche, who have already seen dividends from their top two draft picks in the 2009 NHL Entry Draft. In addition to the contributions by O'Reilly, Duchene, their first round pick has also been able to step directly from the draft podium to the dressing room and immediately begin contributing. Second among all rookie forwards in ice time with an average of just over 17 minutes a game, Duchene has scored two goals and has seven points in 17 games.

10. Artem Anisimov, C - New York Rangers
6'4, 197 lbs. DOB: May 24, 1988
Drafted 54th overall (2nd round) in 2006

Playing a regular shift on the third line for the Rangers, Artem Anisimov has had little difficulty transitioning from the AHL to the NHL. A two-way forward, Anisimov may not see the same opportunities that his fellow rookies are enjoying, with roughly ten and half minutes of ice time a game and seeing minimal opportunity on either the powerplay or the penalty kill. But with that said, the big Russian has scored three goals and has seven points in 18 NHL games, good enough to tie for ninth in rookie scoring.

Other rookies receiving votes (alphabetical order): Nicklas Bergfors (NJ), Davis Drewiske (LA), Benn Ferriero (SJ), T.J. Galiardi (COL), Matt Gilroy (NYR), Michael Grabner (VAN), Jonas Gustavsson (TOR), Evander Kane (ATL), Dmitry Kulikov (FLA), Tuukka Rask (BOS), Semyon Varlamov (WSH), Tom Wandell (DAL)

1. John Tavares, C - New York Islanders
6'0, 195 lbs. DOB: September 20, 1990
Drafted 1st overall (1st round) in 2009

It took just over 12 and a half minutes for Tavares to notch his first NHL point in his first NHL game. Less than half a period later, he added his first NHL goal. And the 19-year-old's production has continued. His 11 goals lead all rookies, as do his 22 points in 29 games. November was an especially prolific month for Tavares, highlighted by a five-game point streak that saw him tally eight points. More importantly, his Islanders continue to be in the thick of things in the Eastern Conference, as they vie for their first playoff berth since 2007.

2. James vanRiemsdyk, LW - Philadelphia Flyers

6'3, 200 lbs. DOB: May 4, 1989
Drafted 2nd overall (1st round) in 2007

Despite playing for a Philadelphia Flyer squad that is underperforming and has already seen its head coach sent packing, vanRiemsdyk has been a breath of fresh air for the Orange and Black. The Flyers entered the month of November on a winning streak, which went seven games, and vanRiemsdyk had four game-winners, tying him for second in the league. In total, he has six goals and 19 points in 24 games, but like the rest of the Flyers, he is looking for consistency. He has a single assist in his last eight games played.

3. Michael Del Zotto, D - New York Rangers
6'1, 195 lbs. DOB: June 24, 1990
Drafted 20th overall (1st Round) in 2008

After a hot start to begin the season, the New York Rangers returned to Earth and so has their freshman defenseman Del Zotto. The Ontario native posted 12 points in his first 12 NHL games, catapulting him to a quick lead in the rookie scoring race, while also providing a boost to the Blueshirts power play. In the 17 games since, Del Zotto has added just five more points and the Rangers proficiency during the man advantage has dropped to the middle of the NHL pack. All told, his 17 points in 29 games continues to lead all rookie defensemen.

4. Tyler Myers, D - Buffalo Sabres
6'8, 222 lbs. DOB: February 1, 1990
Drafted 12th overall (1st round) in 2008

A bruising defender in Buffalo, Myers has watched his ice time and responsibility steadily increase as the season progresses. Leading all Sabres in average ice time and second among all rookies, Myers sees time in all situations. Just 27 games into the season, the 19-year-old is trusted with important defensive assignments on a nightly basis on a team that is challenging for the division lead. He's also no slouch offensively, with his three goals and 15 points placing him second among rookie defensemen and fifth overall on his team.

5. Ryan O'Reilly, C - Colorado Avalanche
6'0, 200 lbs. DOB: February 7, 1991
Drafted 33rd overall (2nd round) in 2009

Like a number of other rookies, O'Reilly shot out of the gate to start the year and took the Colorado Avalanche with him. The Avs were a surprise at the top of the standings early on in the season and O'Reilly was just as much a revelation as a second rounder who immediately stepped in to contribute at the NHL level. However, the results haven't been as sunny since that hot start. In his last 15 games, O'Reilly has posted just three assists, while the Avalanche have posted a 5-6-4 record and have watched competing teams catch them in the standings. In total, O'Reilly has four goals and 17 points in 32 games, placing him tied for fifth among all rookies, while his +13 leads all freshmen.

6. Victor Hedman, D - Tampa Bay Lightning
6'6, 230 lbs. DOB: December 18, 1990
Drafted 2nd overall (1st round) in 2009

Quite simply, Hedman has been a horse for the Tampa Bay Lightning. Stepping directly off the NHL draft stage into a roster spot, the big Swede's offensive totals are respectable with a goal and eight points in 28 games, but it is his play away from the puck that has garnered the most attention. Hedman's average ice time has led all rookies since the beginning of the season and he is currently second on his team in minutes played, while being just as responsible in special team situations. With that said, it appears the Lightning are being careful that they don't tire their blue line prodigy too soon. After regularly seeing 25 minutes or more of ice time in the early goings of the season, Hedman, on average, has hit the ice for just less than 20 minutes per game over his past 10 games played.

7. Nicklas Bergfors, RW - New Jersey Devils
5'11, 195 lbs. DOB: March 7, 1987
Drafted 23rd overall (1st round) in 2005

After four full seasons in the AHL and just nine games of NHL experience over that span of time, the 22-year-old Bergfors is finally getting the opportunity to showcase the talent that led the Devils to select him 23rd overall in the 2005 NHL Entry Draft. One of just four forwards on the Devils to have played in all 28 games so far this season, Bergfors has bounced around the line-up, including seeing some time on the power play. His nine points with the man advantage are tied for most on the Devils and all together, he has nine goals and 19 points, placing him fourth on the team in scoring.

8. Matt Duchene, C - Colorado Avalanche
5'11, 200 lbs. DOB: January 16, 1991
Drafted 3rd overall (1st round) in 2009

Coming into his own after a slow start to begin his NHL career, Duchene is beginning to bury his chances, but it has yet to change the fortunes of the Colorado Avalanche. After posting just seven points in his first 21 games, Duchene has exploded with seven goals and 12 points in his last 11 matches. Second among all rookie forwards in ice time, Duchene is starting to make the most of his opportunities and it is only a matter of time before his offensive output results in wins for the Avs.

9. Jamie Benn, LW - Dallas Stars
6'2, 207 lbs. DOB: July 18, 1989
Drafted 129th overall (5th round) in 2007

After missing the playoffs last season for the first time since 2002, the Dallas Stars aimed to quickly change course and return to the post-season for the 2009-10 year. Benn is a key part of the Stars' reloading and has quickly made an impact in the Dallas lineup. His 68 hits so far this season are second among all rookie forwards and third among Stars forwards. Meanwhile, he's shown that he is no slouch offensively either, with five goals and 16 points in 29 games this season, playing in a complementary role. That might be a sign of things to come for this promising rookie as he is currently third in power-play time among rookie forwards.

10. Semyon Varlamov, G - Washington Capitals
6'2, 209 lbs. DOB: April 27, 1988
Drafted 23rd overall (1st round) in 2006

After serving notice during the 2009 Stanley Cup playoffs, Varlamov has started to live up to expectations in Washington. Starting the season by sharing time with incumbent netminder Jose Theodore, Varlamov's record of 12-1-2 has pulled him ahead as the go-to guy for the Capitals. His .924 save percentage ties him for seventh in the league, as does his 2.21 goals-against-average. The Capitals find themselves atop the standings for the Eastern Conference and Varlamov is a huge part of their early success.

Other rookies receiving votes (alphabetical order): Artem Anisimov (NYR), Jason Demers (SJ), Matt Gilroy (NYR), Michael Grabner (VAN), Evander Kane (ATL), Dmitry Kulikov (FLA), Tuukka Rask (BOS), Tom Wandell (DAL)

Какие прогнозы по будующему обладателю Колдыря? "Баскетболист" Майерс обалденный сезон проводит, скорее всего ему этот приз дадут.
